Thank you for your love, inspiration, and support during these past several months. There have been many recent changes with the Lydia’s Organics family of companies, and I appreciate each and every one of you for standing by us and cheering us onwards.
As many of your know, we closed Lydia’s Sunflower Center in September of 2014. This decision was in an attempt to focus our energies on the more profitable endeavours of our company and remove the areas that were putting Lydia’s Organics on the brink of bankruptcy.
Although everyone here has worked as hard as they can, and have tried to do everything in their power to minimize the need for downsizing our beloved family of companies, it is with sadness that I am announcing the soon-to-be closure of Lydia’s Express restaurant in Sebastopol, CA.
The decision to close Lydia’s Express is keeping to our commitment to help Lydia’s Organics, Inc. thrive as a company, and continue our mission as a key-player in the conscious food movement. Lydia’s Express, unfortunately, has not been successful.
At Lydia’s Mini-Market in Petaluma, CA, the community will still be able to purchase the packaged foods as well as some to-go items that you enjoyed at Lydia’s Express. Lydia’s Mini-Market is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5pm, and is located at 1372 N. McDowell Blvd., Suite C, Petaluma, CA 94954. Look for the yellow a-frame sign near the corner of N. McDowell and Redwood Way. You can reach us by phone at (707) 765-9200.
I am also pleased to announce that Lydia’s Catering Service will continue to offer food service for events both large and small anywhere in the world. For more information on how you can have me cater your next dinner, party, conference, or event, please visit http://lydiasorganics.com/catering or call me at (707) 765-9200.
Our festival food vending business also continues to play a strong part in the overall financial health of Lydia’s Organics. Look for us at some of the biggest named positive music, environmental awareness, and spiritual consciousness events across the Western United States. Of course, our core business, Lydia’s Organics, is continuing to grow stronger by the day. It’s been through making the right tough decisions that continues to keep our company as a viable asset to the community that we nourish. From the deepest parts of my being, I thank you for the opportunity to serve and be apart of the Sebastopol Community these past 18 months.
Wishing you well always,
Founder – Kindheart Foods, Inc. / Lydia’s Organics, Inc
